Our client, a well-established and highly respected new homes developer, is currently seeking an experienced New Homes Sales Consultant to join their team on a development in and around the Manchester area.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and customer-focused individual with previous new build sales experience to work with a quality housebuilder offering strong earning potential and a supportive working environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full sales process from initial enquiry through to reservation, ensuring customers receive a high level of service throughout their buying journey. You will be confident working to targets, able to build rapport quickly with purchasers, and experienced in progressing sales through to exchange.

Applicants must have previous experience working in new homes sales and be comfortable working on site in a fast-paced sales environment. Strong communication skills, organisation, and the ability to work independently are essential.
