We’re working with a leading national housebuilder on an exciting brand‑new development in Warwickshire, and we’re looking for a motivated New Homes Sales Consultant to join the team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a customer‑focused, sales‑driven environment and enjoys guiding buyers through one of the biggest decisions of their lives.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Welcoming customers to the development and delivering an exceptional sales experience
  • Guiding buyers through the full sales process from first enquiry to completion
  • Building strong relationships with potential purchasers and local agents
  • Managing your own pipeline and working confidently towards sales targets
  • Ensuring the show home and sales area are always presented to a high standard

What we’re looking for:

  • New Homes experience is beneficial, but we’re also very open to candidates with strong transferable sales skills
  • Confident, professional, and able to build rapport quickly
  • Highly organised with excellent follow‑up skills
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a car (essential)
  • Ability to work Thursday to Monday, including weekends
