This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading developer, guiding buyers through their home-buying journey and securing sales. Salary: £25,000 – £28,000 per annum + commission Location: Blackburn Job Type: Full-time, including weekends (as required in new home sales) Key Responsibilities: * Engage with potential buyers, providing expert advice on available properties and purchase options. * Manage the sales process from initial inquiry to completion, ensuring a seamless experience. * Maintain the marketing suite and show homes to the highest standards. * Meet and exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service. * Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity. * Handle all necessary administrative tasks, including contracts and CRM updates.
