We are seeking an experienced New Homes Sales Advisor to support the launch of an exciting new residential development in Wellingborough, within the wider Northampton area. This is a key role within the project, offering the opportunity to shape the customer journey from the very beginning.

The successful candidate must have proven experience working in new homes sales, with a strong understanding of the full new-build sales process — from initial enquiry and qualification through to reservation, progression, and completion. You will be confident working independently, building rapport with buyers, and delivering a polished, professional customer experience.

You will begin on a 2-day working pattern, increasing to 3–4 days per week as the development progresses and customer activity grows. The site is due to launch in June, with beautifully designed Show Homes opening in October/November, giving you the opportunity to be involved from the ground up.

Working hours are 9am–5pm, and the package includes a competitive basic salary with uncapped commission, offering excellent earning potential for someone driven by results and exceptional service.

This role is ideal for a proactive, organised, and commercially minded New Homes professional who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment and takes pride in guiding buyers through one of the most important purchases of their lives.
