Maitland Selwyn is proud to be recruiting on behalf of our client for an Experienced New Homes Sales Advisor in the prestigious Edgbaston area of Birmingham. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic residential development at the first phase of an exciting 50-unit project.
Location: Edgbaston, Birmingham
Working Days: Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Monday (flexible: 3, 4 or 5 days per week – no Sundays)
Salary: £30,000 basic (pro-rata) + OTE of £40,000–£45,000
Start Date: ASAP
Role Responsibilities:
- Represent the developer on-site, welcoming and guiding prospective buyers
- Convert enquiries into sales through exceptional customer service and follow-up
- Maintain accurate records of viewings, feedback, and sales progression
- Work closely with site and head office teams to ensure smooth transactions
- Assist with marketing events and the presentation of show homes
