Our client, a respected and growing new homes developer, is seeking a New Homes Sales Advisor to cover a maternity contract at their South Otterington development. With a strong pipeline of upcoming new developments, this role offers genuine potential to become a permanent position for the right candidate.
The Role
- Managing day-to-day sales activity on site
- Guiding buyers through the full sales journey from enquiry to completion
- Delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining strong relationships
- Ensuring show homes and sales areas are presented to the highest standard
- Achieving individual and site sales targets
About You
- Previous experience in New Homes sales preferred
- Customer-focused with a professional and friendly approach
- Confident communicator with strong organisational skills
