We are supporting an established and highly reputable UK housebuilder seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to join its Sales team on a flagship residential development in south central Dorset. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused sales professional to play a key role in delivering an outstanding home-buying experience while working towards ambitious sales targets.
The Role
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing the full sales journey on-site, ensuring a seamless experience for customers from initial enquiry through to legal completion.
Key responsibilities include:
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets set by senior management
- Managing customer relationships throughout the buying process
- Liaising with solicitors, financial advisors, and internal teams to ensure timely exchanges and completions
- Supporting customers post-completion, including handling queries and reporting issues
- Presenting the development to a high standard at all times
- Conducting viewings of show homes and available plots, highlighting features and benefits
- Maintaining accurate records using the CRM system
- Ensuring all visitors comply with health and safety requirements
- Attending weekly site/sales meetings and following up on actions
- Collaborating with colleagues to identify opportunities to drive sales performance
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and industry regulations
