- To support the Financial Control Team in creating accurate financial reporting and analysis for defined business areas to enable Finance Managers and senior management to help drive the achievement of the agreed budgets and company objectives.
- To support the Financial Control Team to ensure that all financial activity e.g. Balance sheet transactions and reconciliations are compliant to statutory and company Finance regulations for defined business areas.
- To support the Finance Control Team with all Compliance related Testing, Reporting and Analysis to ensure all financial activity is in line with statutory and JSOX regulations.
- To support, identify and help deliver the execution of process improvement thus enabling process efficiencies within Finance and the wider business.
- To support the forecast and budget reporting process for the defined business areas to enable them to meet the divisional objectives and growth.
- Graduate or Introductory level financial qualifications (AAT/CIMA/ACCA)
- IT literate including excellent Excel knowledge
- Oracle knowledge is preferred but not essential
- Excellent verbal / written communication skills and the ability to adjust communication to different audiences/management levels
- Ability to work under pressure against tight deadlines and prioritise conflicting workloads
- Excellent time management skills
- Flexible attitude and a good team player
