Join our team as a Field Sales Executive. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Field Sales Executive to join our growing team, covering developments across Cumbria. If you have a passion for property, excellent customer service skills, and proven experience in new home sales, we’d love to hear from you.
Role Details
- Position: Field Sales Executive
- Salary: £25,027 – £30,796 (depending on experience)
- Car Allowance: £4,800 per annum
- Location: Maneli House, Cowper Road
- Area Covered: Cumbria
- Working Hours: Thursday to Monday, 10:00am – 5:00pm
About the Role
As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the home-buying journey, from initial enquiry through to reservation and completion. You will represent our brand professionally while working across multiple developments within your patch.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming prospective buyers to developments and sales centres
- Managing customer enquiries from first contact through to completion
- Conducting viewings and showcasing homes to a high standard
- Building strong customer relationships and identifying needs
- Managing reservations, paperwork and sales progression
- Updating CRM systems and maintaining accurate records
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure a smooth customer journey
- Delivering sales targets and contributing to overall performance
About You
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Previous new home sales experience (essential)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales ability with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to work independently across a regional patch
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
