We are supporting a national new homes developer in their recruitment for an experienced Full Time Sales Consultant for a 10 month contract based at a development in North Somerset.
Sales Consultants are ambassadors for new homes developers and responsible for making every purchaser’s journey and pleasant and efficient.
As a Sales Consultant you are responsible for the entire sales process, from initial contact to post completion customer care.
Negotiating the sale of houses on your development you’ll advise customers on properties, house type specifications as well as guide them through the buying process.
You will have sales targets to meet and reservations and legal completions will need to be achieved within set timescales.
The role involves regular liaison with purchasers, construction teams, financial advisors, Solicitors, and estate agents.

- Proven Sales Skills and effective negotiation skills.
- Good organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- A positive and target driven attitude to sales with excellent self-motivation.
- Full Driving Licence
Our client is offering a highly competitive basic salary (depending on experience), together witha competitive benefits package including Commission anddoor to door mileage.
The working week is Thursday to Monday (includes weekends and Bank Holidays).
