The Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated Senior Sales Executive for a development located in the north west of Exeter. This is a customer-facing role where you will play a key part in guiding buyers through the home purchasing journey while delivering an exceptional experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Present show homes to a high standard at all times
- Support customers throughout the home buying process
- Build strong relationships with customers and external stakeholders
- Welcome and assist visitors, prospective buyers, and existing customers
- Manage on-site administration and documentation
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
Working Pattern
5 days per week, including weekend working
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience in property sales (new homes experience preferred)
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Good understanding of the home buying process, including legal terminology
- Knowledge of mortgages/lending and financial aspects of purchasing property
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- IT proficiency (Microsoft Office)
- Full UK driving licence
