We are proud to be partnering with a highly respected, independent housebuilder in their search for a Sales Consultant to join their exceptional sales team. This role will be based at one of their sought-after developments in North Devon. Our client is open to applications from experienced new homes sales professionals, or estate agents looking to transition into the sector.
Key responsibilities and attributes include:
- Proven sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
- A positive, target‑driven and self‑motivated approach.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work weekends as required.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
Experience within new homes sales is advantageous, though not essential, as full training and support will be provided.
In return, our client offers an attractive package including:
- Competitive basic salary up to £36,000 (dependent upon previous experience) plus sales commission.
