Join a Leading New Homes Developer Across East Yorkshire. We are currently recruiting for an experienced and motivated Floating New Home Sales Executive to support our client’s developments across Driffield, Hornsea, and Bridlington. This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused sales professional who enjoys variety, flexibility, and working across multiple developments while delivering exceptional customer service.
The Role
- Supporting multiple developments across Driffield, Hornsea, and Bridlington
- Managing the customer journey from initial enquiry through to completion
- Delivering outstanding customer service at every stage
- Conducting property viewings and presenting show homes to a high standard
- Achieving sales targets and maximising plot sales opportunities
- Maintaining accurate records and CRM updates
- Liaising with solicitors, mortgage advisors, and internal departments to ensure smooth transactions
- Representing the developer professionally and positively at all times
- Providing cover across developments as required
Package & Benefits
- Salary £25,991 basic salary
- Commission £300 per plot sold: £200 paid on exchange, £100 paid on completion
- Bonus Up to £5,250 per year based on achieving sales targets for the developments and HBF customer satisfaction scores
About You
- Previous experience in new homes sales or property sales
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A professional and customer-focused approach
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to work weekends and flexible hours as required
- Flexibility to travel between developments
- A full UK driving licence
