Hours: Full Time, Thursday to Monday

Working Hours:

  • Thursday: 10:00am – 7:00pm
  • Friday: 10:00am – 5:00pm
  • Saturday & Sunday: 10:00am – 5:00pm
  • Monday: 10:00am – 5:00pm

Salary:

  • Trainee: £24,000 per annum
  • Experienced New Homes Sales Advisor: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum (depending on experience)

About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused New Homes Sales Advisor to join a successful residential development in Cambridge. This is an excellent opportunity for either an experienced New Homes Sales Advisor looking for their next challenge or a motivated individual looking to start a rewarding career in new homes sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist prospective purchasers visiting the development.
  • Conduct show home and development tours.
  • Qualify potential buyers and understand their requirements.
  • Manage customer enquiries both face-to-face and over the telephone.
  • Maintain accurate records using the company's CRM system.
  • Progress reservations through to exchange and completion.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the buying journey.
  • Work closely with internal teams to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service background.
  • Professional, positive and proactive approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Previous sales experience is desirable.
