The Opportunity

We're recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a growing commercial team delivering construction projects across the UK. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take ownership of projects, work closely with long-standing clients and develop their career within a collaborative and supportive business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Commercial management of construction projects
  • Procurement and subcontract management
  • Cost reporting and forecasting
  • Contract administration under NEC and JCT
  • Managing client valuations and variations
  • Supporting successful project delivery

Requirements

  • Quantity Surveying experience within a main contractor
  • Experience managing projects independently
  • Strong understanding of NEC and/or JCT contracts
  • Excellent commercial awareness
  • Positive, outgoing and team-focused approach
  • Willingness to work on site at least three days per week
