The Opportunity
We're recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a growing commercial team delivering construction projects across the UK. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take ownership of projects, work closely with long-standing clients and develop their career within a collaborative and supportive business.
Key Responsibilities
- Commercial management of construction projects
- Procurement and subcontract management
- Cost reporting and forecasting
- Contract administration under NEC and JCT
- Managing client valuations and variations
- Supporting successful project delivery
Requirements
- Quantity Surveying experience within a main contractor
- Experience managing projects independently
- Strong understanding of NEC and/or JCT contracts
- Excellent commercial awareness
- Positive, outgoing and team-focused approach
- Willingness to work on site at least three days per week
