The Opportunity
Our client is looking for a passionate, driven and enthusiastic Trainee Sales Advisor to join their team at a prestigious new homes development in Surrey Ascot. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in property and new homes sales. While previous sales or customer-facing experience would be advantageous, full training and support will be provided for the right candidate. You don't necessarily need previous estate agency experience – we're looking for someone with the right attitude, personality and ambition to succeed.

The Role
As a Trainee Sales Advisor, you will be given the opportunity to learn all aspects of new homes sales, working alongside an experienced team and developing your skills through hands-on experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Meeting and welcoming prospective purchasers
- Conducting property viewings
- Responding to enquiries and following up leads
- Building strong relationships with customers
- Understanding customers' requirements and matching them to the right property
- Supporting the sales process from initial enquiry through to reservation
- Maintaining accurate customer records and following up opportunities
- Working towards sales targets and contributing to the success of the development
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience at every stage
