The Opportunity

Our client is looking for a passionate, driven and enthusiastic New Homes Senior Sales Advisor to join their team in the prestigious Sunningdale area of Ascot. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced sales professional who enjoys working with people, delivering exceptional customer service and, most importantly, closing sales. Ideally, you will have a strong background in estate agency, property sales or new homes, although candidates with a proven track record in other high-value sales environments will also be considered.

The Role

You will be responsible for showcasing the development, qualifying and managing leads, conducting viewings, building strong relationships with prospective purchasers and converting enquiries into sales. You will work closely with the wider sales and development team to ensure customers receive an outstanding experience throughout the buying process. In return, you will receive a £30,000 basic salary, an attractive commission structure with £45,000+ earning potential for more senior candidates, plus mileage or a car allowance. The working pattern is Thursday to Monday, 9:30am–5:30pm, with some flexibility available. The weekend rota currently provides one weekend off in four, with the potential for more.
