With a focus on audit (90%), this position also includes some accounting work (10%).
Key Responsibilities:
As an Assistant Manager, you will:
- Own your client portfolio with minimal supervision, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Drive revenue and profitability while contributing to departmental goals.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships, becoming a trusted advisor.
- Develop and mentor junior team members, supporting their growth and enhancing the team\’s performance.
Day-to-Day Duties:
- Lead the review of accounts for more complex clients, providing strategic advice.
- Offer hands-on accounting support to clients, acting as their go-to expert.
- Collaborate as part of the management team to plan, appraise, and guide junior members, helping them develop both technically and professionally.
- Take charge of audit planning and close-out meetings, guiding your audit teams throughout the entire process.
