We’re working with a highly regarded housebuilder who is looking to appoint an experienced New Homes Sales Executive to join their team in Milton Keynes. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident, sales-driven professional who can hit the ground running and deliver an exceptional customer journey from first enquiry through to legal completion.
The Role
- Managing the full sales process on a busy development
- Delivering outstanding customer service and meeting sales targets
- Building strong relationships with buyers, solicitors, and internal teams
- Maintaining accurate sales administration and CRM records
- Representing the brand professionally at all times
What We’re Looking For
- Strong background in New Homes sales (essential)
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets

Working Pattern
Thursday – Monday, 1 in 4 weekends off
