Salary: £30,000 basic + £65,000 OTE
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced New Homes Sales Advisor to join a residential development in Whiteley, Fareham, Hampshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional with previous new homes experience to manage the full customer journey and contribute to strong site performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the sales process from initial enquiry through to legal completion
- Conduct viewings and demonstrate new homes to prospective buyers
