  • Contribute to the continued development of the tax practice through technical expertise, relationship management and commercial leadership.

  • Maintain compliance with relevant risk management procedures and professional standards.

YOUR BACKGROUND

You will be an established private client tax professional with strong technical credentials, commercial awareness and the confidence to manage senior client relationships.

You are likely to demonstrate:

  • CTA qualification or an equivalent professional qualification.

  • Experience operating at Director, Partner or equivalent senior level within a professional services environment.

  • Strong expertise in private client tax advisory work and the ability to provide practical, high-quality advice.

  • A track record of managing client portfolios and developing long-term client relationships.

  • Experience overseeing engagements, including scope, budgeting, workflow, fee management and delivery.

  • Commercial acumen and a proactive approach to business development, referrals and achieving revenue targets.

  • Recognition as a knowledgeable and credible adviser within your area of expertise.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.

  • A commitment to professional standards, risk management and continuous development.

THE OPPORTUNITY
