  • Oversee day-to-day portfolio management, including billing, work in progress, workflow planning and delivery.

  • Delegate and review work to maintain technical quality, meet deadlines and deliver an excellent standard of client service.

  • Identify opportunities to develop additional work from existing clients and contribute to wider business development initiatives.

  • Work closely with colleagues on client matters, bringing a proactive and commercially aware approach to service delivery.

  • Coach, mentor and support junior team members, contributing to their development and progression.

  • Continue to build your professional profile, with scope to develop your client management and leadership capabilities.

YOUR BACKGROUND

You will be an experienced private client tax professional with strong technical knowledge, sound commercial judgement and the confidence to manage client relationships and engagements independently.

You are likely to demonstrate:

  • Substantial experience advising private clients, trustees, executors and family offices on tax matters.

  • Strong technical knowledge across private client tax, trusts and estates.

  • Experience managing a client portfolio, including billing, delegation, workflow oversight and work in progress.

  • Experience reviewing work and coaching or supporting junior colleagues.

  • A proactive and collaborative approach, with the ability to balance technical delivery, client management and business development.

Exposure to estate administration would be advantageous.
