Maitland Kabir is working with a rapidly expanding, technology-driven international business services group that works with some of the UK's most recognisable brands. The business has ambitious growth plans and is investing significantly in its people, technology and specialist capabilities, creating an exciting opportunity to join an organisation at an important stage of its development.
As part of this expansion, the business is looking to appoint a Corporate Tax Senior Manager to its central tax function. The role offers a broad mix of UK and international corporate tax compliance, tax accounting and advisory work, including Pillar 2, transfer pricing, SAO obligations and significant transactions. You will also have the opportunity to improve processes, introduce automation and help develop the wider team.
We are keen to speak with qualified professionals from leading accountancy firms or established in-house tax teams. You will ideally have significant corporate tax experience, strong technical knowledge and exposure to large corporate groups. Experience of tax provisioning under UK GAAP, IFRS or US GAAP would be particularly valuable.
