Maison Sport is aiming to become the largest snow sports provider in the world and the numbers back it up: growth has averaged more than 30% a year for the last decade. You'd be joining a team of people who genuinely love skiing and snowboarding, working at the forefront of tech in an industry that's historically been slow to catch up.
The culture is ambitious and holds people to a high standard, but it runs on trust: flexible working and you're judged on what you deliver, not hours at a desk. We also take time off the mountain seriously, with a minimum of three company-wide off-sites a year, proper trips to country houses across the UK where the whole team gets together.
We're looking for a Senior Performance Marketer to own paid acquisition and retargeting across our three brands. There is a key focus on PPC and Meta ads.
This is an AI-native role. Agents pull reports, mine search terms, draft ad variants and flag budget pacing issues; you design, direct and quality-control that system and own the strategy and spend decisions it feeds.
You'll need deep, hands-on PPC & Meta expertise: you can't quality-control an agent's negative keyword list or spot drifting automated bidding unless you know the craft cold. Your time goes on strategy and judgement, not manual account operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Measurement and conversion architecture: Own whether the numbers can be trusted: event and custom conversion design, tracking QA, offline conversion uploads, attribution windows, and incrementality testing (lift tests, holdouts, geo splits).
- Paid media (PPC): Own PPC strategy and performance across all three brands across Google Ads, Microsoft/Bing and Meta: campaign structure, keyword strategy, bidding, creative and audience targeting.
- Agent operations: Own the weekly change-approval cadence: review what the agent pipeline proposes, approve or reject with reasons, set guardrails, and shape the automation roadmap with Founder Engine.
- Creative feedback loop: Own the loop from performance data back to creative direction: why an ad died, what to build next.
- Retargeting: Build on and improve retargeting across Google and Meta; evaluate new channels on audience match rate and incrementality, not vanity reach.
- Landing pages and CRO: Own conversion rate on paid landing pages, partnering with product on testing.
Measurement & forecasting
Define the KPIs that matter, set expected outcomes, and build forecasts that tie activity to commercial results, working closely with the Data Analyst.
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience managing six-figure paid media budgets across multiple accounts or brands, with a track record of scaling spend while holding or improving ROAS.
- Deep hands-on PPC expertise across Google Ads, Meta and Bing: campaign structure, keyword and negative strategy, bidding, creative and assets.
- A named automation or agent system you built and run and can walk us through live.
- Strong analytical skills, comfortable in GA4 and platform reporting, able to direct KPIs and forecasts.
- Incrementality literacy: experience running lift tests, holdouts or geo experiments.
- Working knowledge of email/CRM platforms and lifecycle marketing a plus.
- Solid grasp of technical and content SEO, plus genuine curiosity about GEO, a plus.
- Multi-market / multi-currency paid experience a strong plus.
- A confident people leader, able to manage and develop the team.
- Self-directed and commercially minded, able to build a clear thesis to justify budget changes or tests for sign-off.
How success is measured
- Verified, stable conversion tracking across all live campaigns
- CAC across the three brands
- ROAS held or improved as spend scales
- Returning customer metrics (repeat-booking and retention)
- Operational efficiency - fewer manual campaign hours, with a growing share of routine changes shipped through the agent pipeline.
Budget authority sits with the COO, who signs off significant changes and tests - it's your responsibility to bring a clear, evidence-based thesis when you want to reallocate budget, scale spend or run a new test; the strategic case is yours to make.
