This is a part-time remote Account Executive role. The Account Executive will manage client accounts, oversee daily communications, and ensure deadlines and deliverables are met. The role also involves identifying growth opportunities for client brands and addressing any challenges proactively.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in client account management, relationship-building, and problem-solving
- Experience in developing and implementing marketing, branding, and advertising strategies
- Strong project management, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Knowledge of global luxury markets and cultural insights within the fashion, beauty, and lifestyle industries
- Ability to work proactively with attention to detail and creativity
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- Fluency in additional languages is a plus

- Experience: You possess 2 to 4 years of agency experience, ideally within the luxury, beauty, or hospitality sectors.
- Education: You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Perspective: You are highly organized, thrive in fast-paced editorial environments, and have a keen interest in the evolution of AI-driven creative workflows.
- Communication: You have excellent written and verbal English skills, with a deep understanding of global luxury markets and cultural insights.
Technical Proficiencies
- Project Management: Proficiency in tools such as Asana, ClickUp, Trello, or Monday.com.
- Systems Design: Ability to build scalable workflow systems for client onboarding, approvals, and revisions across design and dev teams.
- Digital Production: A solid understanding of web and digital production ecosystems.
- Data Literacy: Experience with performance and social reporting, automation tools like Zapier, and basic CRM systems.
