Job description: A brand-new luxury theatre and nightclub concept is launching in London's West End, and we are looking for chefs to complement the kitchen team. The Emerald Theatre, home to Diamonds and Dust, a cabaret production by world-renowned performer Dita Von Teese, will feature an incredible immersive dining experience. The team will work closely with a strong and experienced Head Chef who oversees the menu creation, to refine and execute a sophisticated, high-volume three-course menu. The kitchen is well-equipped, having previously operated as a large restaurant. The role demands high-volume experience and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. The venue operates on a structured schedule with dark days on Tuesdays. The show runs multiple times a week, including two services on Sundays and three on Saturdays. Bar snacks will also be available for non-dining guests.
