As a Client Advisor, you will be the brand ambassador, representing the essence of the company and delivering exceptional service to our distinguished clientele. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to foster lasting relationships with clients.
Job responsibilities and activities:- Client Engagement: Provide a warm welcome and personalized service to all clients, ensuring an exceptional shopping experience.
- Sales Excellence: Identify client needs and present suitable products to drive sales and achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Customer Loyalty: Build and maintain strong client relationships, fostering brand loyalty and encouraging repeat business.
