Were looking for a strong kitchen leader who understands how to deliver consistent food across a busy operation.
Management, organisation and commercial awareness are particularly important. Youll need to be comfortable leading a sizeable team, maintaining standards and ensuring the food is delivered consistently every day.
This could also be a great first Head Chef position for an experienced Sous Chef ready to take the next step.
