Maison Gastronomique is recruiting on behalf of a well-established pub company with a strong and growing portfolio across Yorkshire. The business is seeking a Recruitment Manager to lead hiring for General Managers and Chef roles across multiple pub locations. This role will focus on managing end-to-end recruitment, building talent pipelines, and supporting operational leadership teams as the company continues to expand its Yorkshire estate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment for General Managers across pub locations
- Recruit Head Chefs, Sous Chefs, and kitchen leadership roles
- Support multi-site hiring across Yorkshire
- Work closely with Operations Managers and Directors
- Write and manage job adverts for hospitality positions
- Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and networks
- Conduct interviews and shortlist candidates
- Build talent pipelines for future pub openings
- Manage recruitment process through to offer stage
- Maintain strong hospitality market knowledge
Requirements:
- Hospitality recruitment or hospitality management experience
- Experience recruiting General Managers and Chefs preferred
- Strong understanding of pub operations
- Multi-site recruitment experience advantageous
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
- Strong communication and organisational skills
