A Luxury Brand Ambassador for Maison Francis Kurkdjian is passionate about fragrance with love for the products, respect for creativity, authenticity & a focus on detail & quality. You're responsible for driving sales by achieving targets while promoting the brand & providing luxury.

Main Responsibilities

  • Sales: Be an expert on fragrance, able to evoke responses to inspire & gain new clients; provide advice & guidance for other Luxury Brand Ambassadors; pro-actively sell products & provide luxury service; be aware & achieve or exceed sales targets; be aware of KPI’s.
  • Service: Be knowledgeable on Maison Francis Kurkdjian products & be able to propose products to clients; demonstrate products on clients & confidently explain the benefits of each product; initiate contact with customers & welcome them on counter; identify, understand & reformulate client needs; develop personal relationships with clients to gain loyalty; educate clients on Maison Francis Kurkdjian.
  • General: Participate in merchandise management; monitor stock levels, report any issues to the Account Manager; conduct all operational & administrative tasks; be accountable in your role & represent the brand; adhere to company policies; build relationships with store management & adhere to all store policies & procedures; carry out any additional duties as directed by the management team.

KPI To achieve sales targets; to receive any positive feedback and it to reflect in your KPI’s.

    • Internal: Area Manager, Colleagues, Head Office & LVMH HR Team;
    • External: Clients, Host Store Management.
