Main Responsibilities

  • Sales: Be an expert on fragrance, evoke responses, inspire & gain new clients. Provide advice & guidance for other Luxury Brand Ambassadors. Pro‑actively sell products & provide luxury service. Be aware & achieve or exceed sales targets. Be aware of KPI’s.
  • Service: Be knowledgeable on Maison Francis Kurkdjian products & propose products to clients. Demonstrate products on clients & confidently explain the benefits of each product. Initiate contact with customers & welcome them on counter. Identify, understand & reformulate client needs. Develop personal relationships with clients to gain loyalty. Educate clients on Maison Francis Kurkdjian.
  • General: Participate in merchandise management. Monitor stock levels, report any issues.
