Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Part-Time Sales Associate to join our team at Harrods. The ideal candidate should have experience in luxury retail, be flexible during busy sales periods, and be available to cover staff holidays. Immediate availability is required.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide outstanding customer service with a personalized approach
2. Demonstrate thorough product knowledge and a passion for luxury linens
3. Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards
4. Support daily store operations, including stock management and client follow-up

Requirements

• Proven experience in luxury retail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Flexible schedule, especially during sales and holiday periods
• Available to start as soon as possible

Compensation

£15–£17 per hour, depending on experience
