Estelle Manor is a rural retreat set on an 85-acre estate in Oxfordshire.
The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired spa- Eynsham Baths, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts.
Plus, there’s a kids’ club for the little ones and a workspace.
We are looking for an experienced Wok Chef to help lead our Fine Dining Chinese Restaurant.
The on target earning potential for this role is £45,376 per annum per annum based on a 45 hour contract - comprising a base salary of £38,376, plus a qualified estimate of £7,000 in gratuities and service charge*.

As the Wok Chef your primary function is to assist in providing leadership, management, oversee budget and operations for the Billiard Room at Estelle Manor.
You will assist the Head Chef in managing all food related standards, health and safety ensuring the guests and members experience is always in line with Estelle Manor standards.
You will stand in for the Head Chef in his absence and will be empowered to make managerial decisions within the kitchen’s operations and ultimately be responsible for the quality of all items leaving the kitchen.
