Estelle Manor is a rural retreat set on an 85‑acre estate in Oxfordshire. The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired spa—Eynsham Baths, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. There’s also a kids’ club and a workspace. As the countryside companion to Maison Estelle, the manor is a ‘hosted home’, bringing people together who have plenty to say and nothing to prove.

As a Spa Butler you will provide exceptional service to our members and guests by assisting them through their journey at Eynsham Baths, while demonstrating knowledge in delivering an authentic guided experience within the thermal area and to the treatment rooms. You will support the Baths reception and treatments team with daily operations, stock management and recording of member preferences, as well as prioritising cleanliness throughout the Baths, ensuring a luxurious guest experience as a standard, always striving to provide a personal and exceptional member experience.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experience with keen attention to detail. A team‑orientated, positive and caring personality who is passionate about wellbeing. Someone who takes responsibility and initiative to explore issues and generate new ideas with creative thinking. Excellent communication skills and comfortable talking to colleagues, senior management and being front of house building relationships with our members and guests.

The on target earning potential for this role is £33,804.80 per annum based on a 40‑hour contract – comprising a base salary of £30,804.80, plus a qualified estimate of £3,000 in gratuities and service charge. Please note this role is paid hourly at £14.81 so this is a projected salary and OTE. This role is open to female applicants only under Schedule 9, Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010, due to the nature of the role involving work within female‑only changing and shower facilities.

Gratuities (tips) and service charge are paid on a pro‑rated basis regardless of your role. It is estimated that in 2026, our full‑time employees can expect to receive in the range of £3,000 in addition to their annual salary.
