Seasonal Waiter, Outdoor Activations in Witney

Estelle Manor is a rural retreat set on an 85‑acre estate in Oxfordshire. The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq‑metre Roman‑inspired spa – Eynsham Baths, 108 bedrooms, a gym with class studios and padel courts, a kids’ club for the little ones and a workspace. We are looking for a motivated Waiter to join us on a fixed‑term contract to assist in the upcoming busy season for our Outdoor Activations.

The on‑target earning potential for this Waiter role is £32,716.96 per annum based on a 40‑hour contract – comprising a base salary of £26,476.96 plus an estimated £6,000 in gratuities and service charge.

As a Waiter you will provide our members with an attentive, exceptional and personalised service, look after their needs when dining in our outdoor areas, and show a passion for food and beverage service. You will help in assisting the smooth running of service, ensuring all drink and dining experiences are seamless.

• Experience managing daily operations, setup, standards and operating procedures.

Gratuities (tips) are paid on a pro‑rata basis regardless of your role. It is estimated that in 2026, our full‑time employees can expect to receive in the range of £6,000 in addition to their annual salary.
