Estelle Manor is a rural retreat set on an 85-acre estate in Oxfordshire. The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired spa – Eynsham Baths, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. Plus, there’s a kids’ club for the little ones and a workspace.
We are looking for Commis Waiters to assist our Glasshouse restaurant team in the upcoming busy season. The on target earning potential for this Commis Waiter role is £29,620.86 per annum based on a 40 hour contract – comprising a base salary of £25,460.86, plus a qualified estimate of £4,000 in gratuities and service charge.
As a Commis Waiter, you’ll be helping to deliver a warm and memorable dining experience for every guest who visits The Glasshouse restaurant. Your main focus will be helping to serve food and beverages throughout the day—covering breakfast, lunch, and dinner services—with a commitment to excellence. You’ll take pride in every task, playing an essential role as part of our Food & Beverage team, ensuring that the space is always set up for success. Whether addressing guest inquiries with care or resolving any concerns with a positive attitude, you’ll help create a welcoming atmosphere. Maintaining the highest standards of service and presentation will be key, particularly during our busy lunch and dinner periods.
