Estelle Manor is a rural retreat set on an 85-acre estate in Oxfordshire. The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired spa - Eynsham Baths, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. Plus, there’s a kids’ club for the little ones and a workspace.

Estelle Manor is looking for a dedicated and passionate Safety & Security Officer within our beautiful and luxurious property and will provide a supportive security presence throughout the estate. Our Security Officers at Estelle Manor will be responsible for ensuring the safety and protection of our members, their guests, our colleagues, and associated property throughout the 24-hour operation. You will be able to assess, review and take appropriate action when working with a variety of disciplines. You will be responsible for compliance, minimising risk, and establishing a security presence throughout the estate and above all, be confident with communicating with our members, guests and wider manor team.

Who we are looking for:

  • SIA Door license.
  • Previous experience within a luxury hospitality environment would be preferred.
  • Proven knowledge and experience of health and safety regulations.
  • Someone who takes responsibility and initiative to explore issues and to generate new ideas with creative thinking.
  • An enthusiastic team player with a positive mindset and hugely charismatic.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experience with keen attention to detail.

Please note: This role operates on a 4 on / 4 off working pattern covering both days and nights. The on target earning potential for this role is £34,827 per annum based on a 42 hour contract - comprising a base salary of £31,827 plus a qualified estimate of £3,000 in gratuities and service charge.
