Estelle Manor is a rural retreat set on an 85-acre estate in Oxfordshire. The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired spa - Eynsham Baths, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. Plus, there’s a kids’ club for the little ones and a workspace.
We're looking for an exceptional Restaurant Manager to lead one of the most exciting dining experiences at Estelle Manor, our vibrant and beautifully designed Glasshouse restaurant. Offering a unique blend of relaxed luxury, exceptional food and warm hospitality, The Glasshouse is a destination in its own right. This is an opportunity for a passionate hospitality leader to take ownership of a high-profile restaurant, inspire a talented team and deliver unforgettable experiences for our members and guests. On-target earnings of up to £47,700 per annum, based on a 40-hour contract, comprising a base salary of £35,700 plus an estimated £12,000 in gratuities and service charge.
As Restaurant Manager, you'll be at the heart of The Glasshouse operation, leading from the floor and setting the standard for service excellence every day. Reporting to the General Manager, you'll take ownership of the smooth day-to-day running of the restaurant, ensuring every guest experience reflects the luxury, warmth and attention to detail that Estelle Manor is renowned for.
You will:
