Estelle Manor is a rural retreat set on an 85‑acre estate in Oxfordshire. The manor houses four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman‑inspired spa‑Eynsham Baths, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. There is also a kids’ club and a workspace.
We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our F&B team within our Chinese restaurant, The Billiards. Ongoing annual earnings potential: £47,000 per annum (based on a 40‑hour contract), comprising a base salary of £35,700 per annum plus an estimated £12,000 in gratuities and service charge.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, train and manage the operations for the restaurant.
- Report directly to the General Manager of The Billiards.
- Manage the smooth operational running of service, ensuring the team delivers an exceptional and memorable experience for our members and guests.
- Assist with the achievement of financial targets and coach and develop the restaurant team.
Qualifications:
- Experience in restaurant management within a luxury hotel or premium brand.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to get on with a diverse range of people.
- Experience managing daily operations, set up, standards, operating procedures.
- Ability to perform under pressure and deliver results to deadlines.
- Someone who takes responsibility and initiative to explore issues and generate new ideas with creative thinking.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experience with keen attention to detail.
