Estelle Manor is a rural retreat set on an 85-acre estate in Oxfordshire. The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired spa - Eynsham Baths, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. Plus, there’s a kids’ club for the little ones and a workspace.
We are currently looking for a passionate Restaurant Host to join our Glasshouse team. The on target earning potential for this role is £32,716.96 per annum based on a 40 hour contract - comprising a base salary of £26,476.96, plus a qualified estimate of £6,000 in gratuities and service charge. Please note this role is paid hourly so this is a projected salary and OTE.

- Creating and nurturing a warm, welcoming and lasting impressions for our guests and members.

- Seating diners at their tables and efficiently managing the flow of arrivals to our restaurants.

- Being aware of all VIP members and their guests visiting us and ensuring that the team are tailoring the experience appropriately.
- Effectively communicating any dietary requirements or special guests to the restaurant team during team briefings and on guest arrival.
- Anticipating members needs and providing them with a personalised experience, putting into place a plan for surprise and delight moments.

You will oversee the Glasshouse restaurant guest journey from pre-arrival to post-visit, answer any member enquiries and strive to go the extra mile to ensure every member receives genuine and personalised service when visiting The Glasshouse.

About gratuities & service charge:
