Estelle Manor is a rural retreat set on an 85-acre estate in Oxfordshire. The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired spa - Eynsham Baths, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. Plus, there’s a kids’ club for the little ones and a workspace.
We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Floor Manager to join our F&B team in our Living Room, Library and Terrace. The on target earning potential for this role is £40,000 per annum based on a 40 hour contract - comprising of a base salary of £32,000 per annum, plus a qualified estimate of £8,000 in gratuities and service charge. Please note this is a projected salary and OTE.
Here’s a bit more detail on what we see you doing in this role: As a Restaurant Floor Manager at Estelle Manor, you will support the Restaurant Manager by leading by example, helping to manage the smooth operational running of service to ensure the restaurant team deliver an exceptional and memorable experience for our members and guests. You will play a key role in training, mentoring and coaching the team, with a high level of organisation and communication.
Who we are looking for:
- Experience in Food and Beverage management within a luxury hotel or premium brand
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to get on with a diverse range of people – you can quickly understand, influence and negotiate, as well as document and explain complex requirements to both technical and non-technical colleagues.
- Experience managing the daily operations, set up, standards, operating procedures
- Ability to perform under pressure and deliver results to deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and comfortable talking to colleagues, senior management and being front of house building relationships with our members and guests
- An enthusiastic team player with a positive mindset and hugely charismatic
- Excellent interpersonal, time management and organisational skills
