The Role
As Restaurant Floor Manager, you’ll be at the heart of the guest experience, leading from the floor and ensuring every service is delivered to the exceptional standards that Estelle Manor is known for. Working closely with the Restaurant Manager, you’ll help oversee the day‑to‑day operation of the Brasserie, supporting and developing the team while creating memorable moments for our members and guests. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who loves being in the action, building relationships, motivating teams and delivering world‑class hospitality.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading service from the floor and setting the standard for excellence
- Supporting the Restaurant Manager with the smooth day‑to‑day operation of the Brasserie
- Coaching, mentoring and developing a high‑performing team
- Ensuring service standards, operational procedures and guest expectations are consistently exceeded
- Building genuine relationships with members and guests, creating a welcoming and personalised experience

- Previous Food & Beverage management experience within a luxury hotel, private members' club or premium hospitality environment

- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
