Estelle Manor is a rural retreat set on an 85-acre estate in Oxfordshire. The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired spa - Eynsham Baths, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. Plus, there’s a kids’ club for the little ones and a workspace.

As a Reservations and Communications Executive, you will handle all day-to-day enquiries for Estelle Manor. You will be responsible for answering and responding to all incoming calls, messages and requests in a warm and friendly way ensuring our members and guests always feel hosted in their home. With a passion for delivering exceptional service in an efficient manner, you will have a positive attitude and keen motivation to develop any previous reservations experience and skills.

Who are we looking for?

  • Passionate about creating exceptional guest experience with keen attention to detail.
  • Experience in luxury hospitality or travel is advantageous.
  • Confident IT user and telephone communicator.
  • Ability to proactively anticipate guest needs and requests in a timely manner ensuring positive outcomes and elevation of the Estelle Manor experience.
  • Comfortable taking ownership, accountability and acting as a point of reference for guests and members.
  • Excellent communication skills and comfortable talking to colleagues, senior management and building relationships with our members and guests.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and deliver results to deadlines.

The on target earning potential for this role is £33,900 per annum based on a 40 hour contract - comprising a base salary of £30,900, plus a qualified estimate of £3,000 in gratuities and service charge.
