The Role
As Executive Assistant Manager of Food & Beverage, you will lead a dynamic portfolio of restaurants, bars, events, and in‑room dining experiences across the estate. From vibrant all‑day dining to refined destination restaurants and unforgettable events, you will be at the heart of it all.
