Estelle Manor is a rural retreat set on an 85-acre estate in Oxfordshire. The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired spa - Eynsham Baths, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. Plus, there’s a kids’ club for the little ones and a workspace.
We are looking for a Barback to join our Bars team. The on target earning potential for this role is £29,620.86 per annum based on a 40 hour contract - comprising of a base salary of £25,460.86, plus a qualified estimate of £4,000 in gratuities and service charge. Please note this role is paid hourly so this is a projected salary and OTE.
As a Barback you will be responsible for assisting with the smooth running of the bars throughout the Hotel. Your role will include:
- Preparing mise en place for the bars and opening and closing them.
- Ensuring the Bar team have everything they need to exceed members’ needs and expectations whilst on shift.
- Clearing used dishes and glasses from tables and generally pre-empting the bartenders' needs.
