Estelle Manor is a rural retreat set on an 85-acre estate in Oxfordshire. The manor has four restaurants, a 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired spa (Eynsham Baths), 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. There’s a kids’ club for the little ones and a workspace.

You will work hard, get involved and have fun, and you should enjoy being the focal point of guest interaction while delivering top-class experiences to our members and guests.
This is an especially exciting time to join as we are expanding our fly fishing offering, with plans to open another fishery and potentially an additional lake in the future. We are keen to grow and develop our fly fishing experiences, so we are looking for someone who is passionate about these areas and the outdoors.
You will be a real team player and happy to provide support to the wider Adventure team in facilitating other activity offerings which include but are not limited to:
- Archery
- Axe Throwing
- Air Rifle Shooting
- Tree Climbing
- Off Road Driving
- Stables and Lead Rein Riding
- Bush Craft
- Walking tours
Ideally, you will have experience in a similar role and have experience leading adults and children in an outdoor setting. You will hold a full clean UK drivers’ licence and be aged 25 or above. Wide knowledge of local area and excellent networking skills. Excellent communication skills and comfortable talking to colleagues, senior management and building relationships with our members and guests. An enthusiastic team player with a positive mindset and hugely charismatic.
The on target earning potential for this role is £32,910.40 per annum based on a 40 hour contract - comprising a base salary of £29,910.40, plus an estimated £3,000 in gratuities and service charge. Please note this role is paid hourly at £14.38 so this is a projected salary and OTE.
