Estelle Manor is a rural retreat set on an 85-acre estate in Oxfordshire. The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired spa - Eynsham Baths, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. Plus, there’s a kids’ club for the little ones and a workspace.

We are looking for a Sommelier to join Matteo Montone (MS) and his team. The on target earning potential for this role is £32,000 per annum based on a 45 hour contract - comprising a base salary of £28,560 per annum, plus a qualified estimate of £4,000 in gratuities and service charge. Please note this is a projected salary and OTE.

Our Sommelier team, headed up by Matteo Montone (MS), will provide exceptional wine knowledge alongside attentive and personalised wine recommendations. Duties include taking wine orders, sharing knowledge and suggesting wines for our members based on their personal tastes to create a bespoke and exclusive experience for every guest at Estelle Manor and will provide a luxury beverage service to the highest standard.

  • Ideally, WSET Level 3.
  • Excellent communication skills and comfortable talking to colleagues, senior management and being front of house building relationships with our members and guests.
