Estelle Manor is a rural retreat set on an 85-acre estate in Oxfordshire. The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired spa‑Eynsham Baths, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. Plus, there’s a kids’ club for the little ones and a workspace.
We are looking for a motivated In Room Dining Waiter to join us on a fixed term contract to assist in the upcoming busy season for our In Room Dining team. The on target earning potential for this Waiter role is £32,716.96 per annum based on a 40 hour contract – comprising a base salary of £26,476.96 plus a qualified estimate of £6,000 in gratuities and service charge. Please note this role is paid hourly so this is a projected salary and OTE.
As an In Room Dining Waiter, you will provide our members with an attentive, exceptional and personalised service and look after their needs when dining in their rooms, suites, cottages and houses. You will show a passion for food and beverage service and help in assisting the smooth running of service, whilst making sure all in‑room dining experiences are seamless.
