Estelle Manor is a rural retreat set on an 85-acre estate in Oxfordshire. The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired spa-Eynsham Baths, 108 bedrooms, and a gym with class studios and padel courts. There’s also a kids’ club for the little ones and a workspace.
As a Retail Assistant within Estelle Manor, you will pride yourself on delivering exceptional service with a keen focus on engagement and relationship-building with our members and guests. With a strong knowledge of brands, visual merchandising, data reporting, and sales across fashion, homeware and jewellery, you will offer personalised recommendations to our members and guests, anticipating their needs where possible to provide a luxurious retail experience.
PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS A FIXED-TERM ROLE WITH AN ANTICIPATED START DATE IN MAY CONCLUDING AT THE END OF AUGUST 2026.
Who we are looking for?
- Previous experience in luxury retail.
- Experience managing the daily operations, set-up, standards, and operating procedures of a premium brand.
- Excellent communication skills and comfort with talking to colleagues, senior management, and being front of house building relationships with our members and guests.
- An enthusiastic team player with a positive mindset and great charisma.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experience with keen attention to detail.
The on-target earning potential for this role is £33,804.80 per annum based on a 40-hour contract – comprising a base salary of £30,804.80 plus a qualified estimate of £3,000 in gratuities and service charge.
