What you will do
The key responsibilities for this role will include but are not limited to:
- Oversee the full event planning lifecycle, coordinating enquiries, client communication, logistics, and on‑the‑day execution.
- Ensure best standard of service is provided to members / clients from first impression, and thereafter through all mediums of communication in the organisation and then to final delivery, always act as ambassadorial role for the club.
- Assist in analysing month end reports, forecasting and reviewing and implementing action plans.
- Continually review, monitor, and update event pricing strategy to ensure maximum opportunity to convert business (market research & competitive analysis).
- Identify potential business development opportunities and follow up.
- Consistently achieve a high level of customer satisfaction by exhibiting a positive attitude and building trust, ensuring commitments are met and expectations are exceeded by understanding members / client’s needs and priorities.
- Use market research & competitive analysis to continually review, monitor, and update event pricing strategy to ensure maximum opportunity to convert business.
- Work closely with the operations team in the club to bring events to life.
- Act as ambassador for the club and consistently achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.
Who we are looking for
- Proven experience working as an Events Manager in a luxury / lifestyle multi‑outlet food and beverage operation.
- Must be able to work flexibly including evenings and weekends due to the operational hours of the club.
- Excellent communication skills and comfortable talking to colleagues, senior management, and members.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and hosting
